Coaching Philosophy
To get the most out of coaching, there must be:
An environment of trust. Coaching can be an uncomfortable process; working in an atmosphere in which you feel safe enough to express yourself freely and openly is important for success
Curiosity and open-mindedness. Maintaining a non-judgmental mindset allows for experimentation, creativity, and discovery
Deep commitment to doing what it takes. Coaching isn’t about conversation alone; it only works if you’re ready to take action
Absolute confidentiality and adherence to the highest of professional coaching ethics
